Sliding Glass Door – Shattered!

Being woken up in the early morning hours by shattered glass in your home is a very scary experience that none should have to face!

Unfortunately one of our customers had to experience this horrible situation. Luckily the robber was scared away by the home owners turning on the lights by the sound of the shattered glass. However it still left a very big scare and clean up. They realized that they had to get this patio door replaced or else their house would not be secure and would not feel safe.

They remembered that they have used Apple Glass before and called and left a voicemail for them to return their call as soon as they opened.  We returned their call as soon as we got the message and put them on the schedule for that day to have their patio door replaced.

By the description of the patio door over the phone we could tell that it was a patio door that one of our venders kept in stock and we were able to pick it up the same day. Not only did we inform the customer that we could replace their glass the same day, but we also cleaned up the shattered glass as well for them.

It was very nice to be able to ease the customer’s mind to know that before they went to bed that night their patio door would be replaced…We love being there for our customers when they need us the most.
